The Altadena Works split keyring is hand forged in Japan using a process that produces unique variations in each individual ring. They were manufactured using the same technique as the ‘Sweet Orr’ brand key rings made in the USA in the 1920’s from die stamped iron with counter clockwise function.
“Hands out of pockets!” is a quote both our fathers used to throw around the workplace (the commercial fishing and construction industry, respectively)—often directed at us! It’s something we now find both funny and motivating as a call to productivity.
